This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) clearly identifies unacceptable behavior on
the Myfinancialadvice, Inc (“MFA”) systems as it relates to member usage of MFA
instant message (“chat”), email, phone, website content, and website
transactional elements (“The System”). All members of the MFA community
including Advisor Members, Customer Members, and affiliate partners (“User
Members”) must abide by the rules set forth in this AUP.
MFA wishes to support the free flow of information and dialog between its
community members and does not impose editorial control of these transmissions
and interactions. However, MFA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
remove material or to prevent transmissions that are illegal, may subject MFA
to liability, or violate the terms of this AUP. Any violation of this AUP may
result in the revocation of membership privileges to the MFA service.
Acceptable Use Parameters:

No Unlawful Use: You will not use the Site for any purpose that is
unlawful, fraudulent or contrary to the policies and agreements of MFA and you
will cooperate fully with MFA to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent
or improper activity, including but not limited to granting authorized MFA
representatives access to any password-protected portions of your User Member
account. Members may not use the System to transmit any material (by email,
uploading, posting, or otherwise) that, intentionally or unintentionally,
violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

No Harassment of or Threats to MFA Members or External Public From MFA
Community: You will not use the Site in any manner that harasses any MFA
Member or could interfere with any other party’s use or enjoyment of the Site.
You will respect the privacy of others and not use the Site for unwelcome,
rude, or abusive communications.

No Unauthorized Access: You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access
to any User Member or Advisor Member account information, computer systems or
networks associated with the Site.

No Recording of Services: You will not record or otherwise store any
live or pre-recorded voice Services that you receive through the Site.

No Fraud, Forgery, Impersonation, or Misrepresentation of Oneself to Members
of MFA Community: You may not use the System to present fraudulent
offers, provide forged documentation, impersonate another, or misrepresent
yourself to others. You will continue to provide true, accurate and complete
information and to maintain and promptly update your information as applicable.

No Unauthorized Solicitation: You will not use the Site to solicit MFA
Members without their authorization.

No Spamming: You will not transmit “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,”
or unsolicited mass distribution of email or bulletin board postings or
transmit solicitation for employees, consultants, or contractors, or for
participation on other websites.

No Non-MFA Promotions: You will not use the Site to promote bonus items,
giveaways, random drawings, prizes, contests, or games of chance.

No Undermining of Referral/Rating System: You will not take any actions
which may undermine the Customer Member referral system, Advisor Member rating,
or User Member feedback system.

No Offensive Conduct: You will not create obscene, offensive, tasteless,
defamatory or hateful User Member names or content for listings.

No Violation of Customer Privacy: You may not conduct yourself in a
manner that would violate the terms of the MFA Customer Privacy statement.

No Copyright/No Plagiarizing of External or MFA Member Content: You may
not use the System to transmit any material that infringes any copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third
party. Furthermore, you will not “frame” or “mirror” or otherwise copy any
portion of the Site without MFA’s express written authorization.

No Harm to Minors: You may not use the System to harm or attempt to harm
minors

No Unauthorized Access: You may not access, or attempt to access, the
accounts of other community members. You may not penetrate, or attempt to
penetrate, MFA security measures or another entity’s compute software or
hardware, electronic communications systems, or telecommunication system,
whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data.

No Collection of Personal Data for Use Other Than In The Context Of A Defined,
Pre-approved Advisory Session: You may not use the System to collect, or
attempt to collect, personal information of other community members without
their knowledge or consent.

No Commercial Use, Reuse, or Resale of MFA Application Platform by MFA Members:
The MFA system is designed as a person-to-person community exchange and is not
intended for commercial sale use without MFA prior written approval. In all
other cases, members may not use the System to engage in commercial use or
reuse of the system and may not resell use of or access to the MFA System.

No Network or System Interruptions or Unfriendly Activity: You may not
use the System for any activity that may or would adversely affect the ability
of other community members to use the System. This includes “denial of service”
(DoS) attacks against another network host or network equipment. It is the
member’s responsibility to ensure that their own network is configured and
maintained in a secure manner and to ensure that others are not allowed to use
member’s network for illegal or inappropriate actions.

No Excessive Traffic or Connection Time: You may be limited by MFA in
terms of connection time through chat or phone connectivity or in terms of
email volume. Members may stay connected so long as they are actively using
their connection for standard community services. MFA reserves the right to
terminate excessively long, inactive connections defined as such at MFA’s sole
discretion.

No Exceeding Email Capacity: You are limited to a predefined email box
storage capacity and are responsible for maintaining your messages to not
exceed that threshold. MFA reserves the right to establish and modify this
threshold at its sole discretion. Email boxes exceeding this threshold will be
cleared out to meet that threshold by removing oldest messages first.
AUP Violation Reporting: Any violations of this AUP should be reported to MFA
at aupabuse@myfinancialadvice.net. When submitting a violation report, please
include your contact information, the date and time of the alleged violation,
and evidence of the alleged violation. MFA may take any one or more of the
following actions in response to verified violations:

Issue written or verbal warnings

Suspend member’s account

Terminate member’s account

Bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages, if any,
caused by violations
Changes to AUP: MFA reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this
AUP or other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.
